Laure Baudrihaye is a senior associate in the Antitrust & Competition practice of the Brussels office. She focuses her practice on EU and UK competition law, including cartels, mergers, State aid and public procurement. She also advises clients on antitrust damages actions, as well as complaints to the European Commission.
Laure has advised public and private bodies, as well as utilities, in a broad range of sectors, including transport, chemicals, construction, pharmaceuticals, media, education and banking. She has also represented several European trade associations on EU competition law compliance, including information exchange. In addition, Laure has litigation experience in private enforcement, both stand-alone and follow-on actions.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2016, Laure practised at a top international law firm for over ten years in both the Dispute Resolution practice in London and the Antitrust & Competition practice in Brussels.
Laure is fluent in English and French. She also has working knowledge of Italian.
