Henry Glen is a senior associate in Mayer Brown’s Restructuring, Bankruptcy and Insolvency group in London. He focuses on issues relating to distressed lending and insolvent restructuring, advising a range of creditors, corporate borrowers and buyers of businesses where there is an insolvency aspect. His work frequently involves a cross-border element.
Henry has experience advising insolvency practitioners and accountants in the context of administrations, liquidations and other insolvency processes, both when they stand-alone and where they are used as part of a wider restructuring.
Henry has undertaken a secondment with a major clearing bank, where he has gained first-hand experience of the commercial aspects of distressed lending on an international scale.
