The "Build a Report" function allows you to add links to selected pages and send them in an email to your preferred email address. Use the Add button to the left to add a page to your Report. Use the Remove button to remove a page. Click on the "Build a Report" link to open your collection of pages.
Chris Ford is a Litigation & Dispute Resolution associate in Mayer Brown’s Washington DC office, and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice Group. Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Chris served as a law clerk to the Honorable G. Steven Agee, US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Chris represents businesses and individuals in motions practice and briefing before state and federal trial courts and courts of appeals. His practice focuses on federal preemption, insurance, antitrust, and products liability. In addition to appellate briefs, Chris routinely drafts dispositive motions and assists with issue preservation in the trial court.
Chris also maintains an active pro bono practice, serving as court-appointed counsel in a number of habeas corpus appeals. In that capacity, Chris has argued twice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Chris received his juris doctor, with high honors, from the George Washington University Law School, and received his BA in history and government from the College of William & Mary.
