Allison Stillman is an Intellectual Property partner in Mayer Brown’s New York office. She concentrates her practice in intellectual property and appellate litigation, and other complex litigation matters. Allison also regularly advises clients in connection with intellectual property licensing, prosecution and acquisitions; brand protection; and advertising and social media clearance. Allison represents industry-leading technology and media companies, and Fortune 100 consumer brands.
Drawing upon her appellate training, Allison also works with Mayer Brown’s Supreme Court and Appellate Practice in connection with high-stakes legal briefing in consumer litigation and mass tort actions.
From 2005-2006, Allison served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. During law school, Allison was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review
, a Teaching Assistant (Contract Law and Appellate Advocacy), and a Member of the Moot Court Board.
