Sally Tsoi is a senior associate of Mayer Brown JSM. She focuses on real estate development works and has experience on a wide range of matters throughout the cycle of real estate development in Hong Kong, including land acquisition, advising on land use rights, project conveyancing, building management matters and leasing of different types of real estate properties.

Sally has extensive experience in advising major developers in Hong Kong on the sale of first-hand properties (including residential, office, commercial and mixed-use composite developments). Her works include the handling of pre-sale consent applications and drafting of deeds of mutual covenants and tender documents for many large-scale projects in Hong Kong.

Sally has also advised key developers in Hong Kong on compliance with the Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance, including sales brochure, advertisements, promotional materials, price list, sales arrangements, show flats, register of transactions and website, etc.

Sally has acted for landlords in the letting of large-scale shopping centres and offices in Hong Kong. She also advised on tenancy disputes.

Sally has acted for majority owners in successful application for an order for compulsory sale of buildings under the Land (Compulsory Sale for Redevelopment) Ordinance.

Sally has acted for key developers in Hong Kong in the acquisitions of old residential buildings and agricultural lands in various sites in Hong Kong for redevelopment purposes.

Sally speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
