Overview
Nick Rodriguez is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution and White Collar Defense & Compliance practices. Nick focuses his practice on representing financial services firms and other corporate clients in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement matters brought by the SEC, DOJ, and other government agencies, as well as other complex civil litigation. Nick has experience advising clients as they respond to a broad range of issues relating to the securities laws, banking and finance regulations, FINRA rules and guidance, antitrust, government contract fraud, data privacy, corporate governance, and commercial law.
Nick also maintains an active pro bono practice, which he concentrates on criminal appeals for the wrongfully convicted and immigration matters.
