Manu Mohan is an English and Indian* qualified lawyer in Mayer Brown's Brussels office advising on various aspects of EU and UK competition law. Manu has focused on the practice of competition law for more than eight years and his experience encompasses merger control, businesses’ conduct including cartels and also sector inquiries.
Manu routinely advises companies on behavioural issues related to the use of technology in particular the abuse of standards. He has extensive experience advising clients on substantive and procedural issues related to merger control and has led the co-ordination of several multi-jurisdictional merger filings. Manu has a particular experience in the chemicals, energy and media sectors.
Manu is a key member of Mayer Brown's India group and has assisted several major Indian companies such as Mahindra, Aditya Birla and Cipla on issues related to corporate, litigation, employment and intellectual property law in the US, Europe and South America.
