Overview

Jane Man is a counsel in the Asset Finance practice in Mayer Brown's Hong Kong office. Her practice covers a wide range of transactions in the aviation sector, including the acquisition of new aircraft from manufacturers, the sale and purchase of used aircraft, and the negotiation of leases (including operating leases and sale-and-leasebacks). She also advises on performance guarantees and warranties relating to new aircraft and engines, long-term engine maintenance agreements, inventory management arrangements, cabin product development agreements, in-flight entertainment supply agreements, ticket sales agency arrangements and codeshare arrangements. Jane also has experience on a wide array of commercial and bespoke deals in the aviation industry. She has advised top-tier airlines, aircraft and engine lessors, as well as maintenance and repair organisations.
