Overview

Christopher Mikesh is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Mayer Brown’s New York office. His practice includes representing domestic and foreign corporations and financial institutions in a range of complex commercial litigation. Chris has experience representing financial institutions in litigation arising from the administration of residential mortgage-backed securities and corporations in construction contract disputes, alleged violations of the securities laws and consumer privacy statutes, veil piercing claims, and internal investigations. Chris has represented clients in all stages of litigation, including drafting and responding to complaints, fact discovery, expert discovery, dispositive motions, and trial.

Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Chris received his law degree magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School, where he was an Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Honor Society Executive Board. He received his undergraduate degree from New York University.
