Our nation’s public buildings are in a historic state of disrepair. These buildings – schools, hospitals, courthouses, universities, police stations and prisons – are vital to the functioning of states and municipalities, but their funding needs cannot be adequately addressed through traditional public financing and project delivery options.
Enter Public-Private Partnerships
Public-private partnerships, or P3s, are a way to remedy the nation’s deteriorating public buildings. The National Council for Public-Private Partnerships (NCPPP) and the Performance Based Building Coalition (PBBC) are hosting the inaugural P3s for Public Buildings Summit – the nation’s only educational event dedicated to developing and implementing P3s for buildings. The inaugural P3s for Public Buildings Summit will take place November 17-18, 2014, at the Hyatt Regency Miami, Florida.
Summit Topics Include:
- Financing of Projects
- Federal Policy Challenges and Solutions
- Case Studies of Successful Projects
- The Future of the Marketplace
- International Successes
