On contentious matters Chris has acted on a number of adjudications, arbitrations, High Court actions and mediations for employers, contractors and sub-contractors.

Michael Regan, Head of Mayer Brown's Construction & Engineering Group in London, commented: "The addition of Chris to our team will strengthen our already formidable construction and engineering capabilities, and help us further develop from our existing platform. Our objective is to expand the Group significantly and broaden its capabilities over the next few years. We believe that Chris will make an important contribution as we work together to achieve this."

Chris Fellowes commented: "I am delighted to be returning to the market-leading Construction & Engineering Group at Mayer Brown, and I look forward to working alongside its highly regarded partners as the Group continues to expand. I am also excited at the opportunities which will arise as Mayer Brown pursues its ambitious strategy."

Sean Connolly, London Senior Partner, commented: "We are delighted to welcome Chris back to the firm. He will make a very valuable contribution to the Construction and Engineering Group and the firm."
