Mayer Brown advises Lookers on a £80.7 million equity raise

2 July 2009 – Leading international law firm Mayer Brown is advising the board of Lookers plc, in relation to a firm placing and open offer of new shares to raise £80.7 million.
Lookers is a main dealer group for many car manufacturers and a national aftermarket parts distributor . The multi-franchise profile includes: Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, Honda, Jaguar, Maserati, Mercedes-Benz, Vauxhall and VW .
