Mayer Brown LLP announced today that Carol A. Hitselberger, a partner in the Finance Practice, will relocate to the firm's Charlotte office where she will lead the local finance team. Ms. Hitselberger, who is moving from the firm's Chicago office, has been with Mayer Brown for nearly 20 years, specializing in the securitization and structured financial products area.
Ms. Hitselberger has excelled in her practice and has been lauded by clients for her "superior thinking abilities and fantastic client-handling skills" (Chambers USA 2007). She will be succeeding partner Jay Parry Monge who will retire in 2008 after 39 years with the firm.

Carol is a strong leader in her practice area and is well known and regarded within the banking industry.
