Police violated 4th Amendment with GPS tracking, Court rules

Washington, DC Litigation partner Andy Pincus quoted on the Supreme Court’s ruling in U.S v. Jones that police must obtain a warrant from a judge before placing a GPS tracking device on a vehicle.
