Mayer Brown recognized for exceptional client service in 2011 BTI “Client Service All-Stars” report

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, earned top honors from Fortune 1000 corporate counsel for its long-standing commitment to excellence in client service in the 2011 BTI “Client Service All-Stars” report  published by the BTI Consulting Group (Wellesley, Massachusetts). Mayer Brown was singled out as one of only eight elite firms with a BTI Client Service All-Star among its ranks for ten consecutive years. BTI noted that the firms which achieved this honor are known for attracting and retaining lawyers “who are exceptional at delivering superior client service” while implementing “best practices to encourage, develop and reward client service excellence at a firm-wide level.”

The report recognized 318 lawyers from 201 firms in North America and Europe who have “impressed corporate counsel with their keen understanding of business issues, thought-leading approach and total commitment to client needs – particularly during a time when client dollars are scarce but demands are high.”
