Mayer Brown Represents Dobson Communications in its $2.8 Billion Sale to AT&T

20 November 2007 -- Mayer Brown represented Dobson Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: DCEL), a provider of rural and suburban wireless communications services under the Cellular One brand, in the completion of its sale to AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) in an all cash transaction valued at approximately $2.8 billion.

Completion of the Dobson transaction, announced November 15, 2007, comes after an extensive review process, which included approval by or filings with two states, the US Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission.
