Mayer Brown JSM hires Stuart Miller to boost aviation finance practice in Hong Kong

Mayer Brown is pleased to announce that Stuart Miller has joined its Hong Kong office as a Registered Foreign Consultant (England & Wales) in the aviation finance practice.

Stuart joins Mayer Brown from the London office of Simmons & Simmons where he was a managing associate in the asset finance group focusing on aviation structured finance. He also previously worked as a solicitor for Hesketh Henry in Auckland.

Stuart has significant experience in cross border commercial aircraft finance and leasing transactions. He has acted for various financial institutions, including banks and export credit agencies, as well as lessors and airlines on a wide range of financing products and structures, including portfolio and export credit transactions. He also has a background in general transactional banking and finance transactions.

Stuart is admitted in New Zealand, England & Wales and graduated from the University of Auckland.
