Mayer Brown Honored by Seventh Circuit Bar Association

Mayer Brown is the recipient of the inaugural Justice John Paul Stevens Law Firm Pro Bono Award from the Seventh Circuit Bar Association’s Pro Bono and Public Bar Service Awards Committee. The award was presented to Marc Kadish,  by Michael D. Monico, the president of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association. The award recognizes our firm’s outstanding pro bono work in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals through our Seventh Circuit Project. To date, Mayer Brown has accepted more than 125 cases, with every US office handling at least one case, and has donated more than 55,000 hours to the project. Also attending and speaking at the event were Supreme Court Justice Stevens and Elena Kagan, the US Solicitor General and current Supreme Court nominee.
