Bankrupt multinationals on hook for UK plan deficits, court says

London partners Martin Scott and Devi Shah quoted on a recent London court ruling that bankrupt parent companies based outside of the UK can be held financially responsible for the funding shortfalls in their UK subsidiaries’ defined benefit plans.
