The Network Journal recognized Ms. Gladney’s success as a partner in Mayer Brown’s Tax Controversy practice, where she has represented clients in significant federal tax controversies, including during audit, in administrative appeals and before federal courts. Her controversy experience includes economic substance, substance-over-form and transfer pricing issues. Prior to joining Mayer Brown in 2007, Ms. Gladney gained experience from externships at the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois under Hon. James B.
