Paris - Mayer Brown assisted the founders in the creation of La Compagnie Boutique Airline, a French company specialized in business-class flights between Paris and New-York.
The Company, which just launched a service between Paris (CDG) and New York (Newark), offers a business-class-only service at very competitive rates. For a optimal user experience, the aircrafts are fitted with a set of equipment designed to offer unique comfort: A cabin fitted with 74 seats, a fully digitalized flight experience, cosmetics from the brand Caudalie and menus devised by famous French Chef.
Along with each flight, a set of premium services will also be provided, as bulky luggage accepted free of charge, access to exclusive lounges in the airports and a personalized taxi service.
Mayer Brown advised La Compagnie’s founders with regards to the creation and structuring of the company, the fundraising and the rental of its two first aircrafts.
