Satoru Murase, a leading corporate, finance and M&A practitioner with deep experience advising global corporations in connection with cross-border investments and disputes around the world with special focus on Japan, has joined the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice in New York. Yoshihide Ito, whose practice focuses on international trade policy, economic trade sanctions, trade disputes and regulation, especially involving the US and Japan, has joined the Government & Global Trade practice in Washington DC. Mr. Murase and Mr. Ito join from Morgan Lewis.
