“I am honored to be joining Mayer Brown,” Mr. Greenwald said. “The firm’s global platform, preeminent tax practice and strong capabilities in related practice areas make it a perfect fit for the clients I serve and for me.”

Mr. Greenwald advises clients on tax efficient acquisitions, dispositions, reorganizations and repatriations; intellectual property planning; leveraging and other deduction planning; dual consolidated loss compliance and administrative relief; transfer pricing planning, compliance and controversy; and cross-border individual wealth planning, compliance and controversy.
