Pensions Trustee Building Blocks Class: Trustee discretions and decision making

Our Building Blocks Classes aim to give trustees a better understanding of some of the key areas of pensions and trust law. Each class considers a specific issue or area which trustees are likely to encounter in their role.

On 9 November 2022, we will be holding a Building Blocks Class on trustee discretions and decision-making. The class will cover topics including:
