Administrative Law At The Supreme Court: Pending Cases And Issues To Watch

This Term, the Supreme Court is poised to address some of the most fundamental questions about administrative agencies’ power, in cases involving COVID vaccine mandates, environmental regulation of power plants and Medicare reimbursement rates for prescription drugs.
