The DEI Summit: Diversity Officers & HR Taking Charge

Marica Goodman will participate in the panel “Retention and Advancement of Diverse Talent Through Allyship, Mentorship and Sponsorship” at the DEI Summit on November 3, 2021. She, among other experts, will discuss the use of ERGs and affinity groups, identify gaps in the advancement of diverse employees and interpret how allyship and mentorship can improve retention rates.
