40th Annual Ray Garrett Jr Corporate & Securities Law Institute / 59th Annual Corporate Counsel Virtual Institute

The 2020 Garrett and Corporate Counsel Virtual Institute was hosted by Northwestern Pritzker School of Law that took place September 23-25, 2020. These are two of Northwestern’s nationally recognized Institutes which were combined to be a virtual program: the Corporate Counsel Institute and the Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute. Mayer Brown is an annual sponsor and lead affiliate of the Institutes. 

This event featured topics in corporate and securities law, including M&A, corporate governance, and SEC updates as well as updates in employment law, sessions on collaboration, communication strategies, and pro-bono initiatives. One of our partners, Jenn Keating, was the Session Chair for the panel “After Signing: Getting to Closing and Beyond.”
