概要

Sarah Reeve-Young is a senior associate in the Employment & Benefits practice of the London office. She joined Mayer Brown in 2017. 

Sarah’s contentious experience includes acting for employers in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and the High Court in claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination issues and breach of contract. Sarah has assisted clients on disciplinary, grievance and whistleblowing matters. She has experience in drafting employment contracts, employment policies and handbooks and advising on and negotiating the terms of settlement agreements.  

Sarah also advises on a number of corporate and transactional issues including advice regarding TUPE and restructuring and has worked on several global employment law projects.
