Sarah Reder is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of the London office. She advises clients on a broad range of cross-border and domestic corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity and equity capital markets.
Sarah joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in 2018 and has since undertaken client secondments at a leading bank and private equity firm respectively.
