Renan Lombard-Platet

Admitted to the Paris Bar, Renan Lombard-Platet is an associate in the Corporate & Securities practice of the Paris office.

Renan regularly advises clients on mergers and acquisitions as well as leveraged buy-out transactions in several industrial and financial sectors. He advises French and foreign private equity funds as well as industrial groups, on their sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and restructuring transactions.

In addition to his native French, Renan is fluent in English and Spanish.

• Advised private equity fund Quilvest Private Equity on the acquisition along with the managers, of EDH, a training centre for communication jobs, from Platina partners.
• Advised private equity fund Stirling square CP on the acquisition of Vernet, a subsidiary of The Magnum Corporation, manufacturer of air ventilation & conditioning equipment for cars and sanitary facilities, from family shareholders.
