• In the context of privatization of Copel, state-owned company responsible for generation and distribution of energy in the state of Paraná;
• Smartfit in the context of acquisition of shares representing 100% of the capital of Evolve Participações and, indirectly, the entire share capital of the Subsidiaries.
• Mitsui & Co in Capital contribution for equity participation equivalent to 20% of Camerge's voting shares and total share capital.
• Banco Itaú BBA’s follow on of Direcional Engenharia’s shares, assessing labor contingencies and providing advisory;
• On the US$ 30 billion merger between Bunge Group and Viterra Group, assessing Brazilian labor contingencies and providing advisory.
