Andrew C. Elkhoury is an associate in Mayer Brown's Houston office and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice.
Andrew represents clients throughout the energy, financial, and insurance industries in a variety of matters, including commercial, class action, construction, royalty, bankruptcy, and land disputes. Andrew also has considerable experience in natural resource permitting, compliance, and litigation. He has counseled and represented industry executives on a wide variety of issues involving energy transmission, public land access, rights of way, National Environmental Policy Act permitting, endangered species, water quality and rights, wetlands, mineral estate and title security, eminent domain, Native American consultation, National Historic Preservation Act compliance, environmental and land use permit compliance, mitigation, enforcement, and litigation. Andrew has participated in negotiations involving commercial and mineral transactions, oil, gas, and other mineral leasing and mining law claims, and has provided counsel in mergers, acquisitions, and related due diligence efforts.
