Olivia Caird is a senior associate in the London office of Mayer Brown’s Pensions practice. She joined Mayer Brown as a trainee in 2007, qualifying as a solicitor in September 2009.
Olivia has experience advising both trustee boards and sponsoring employers on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious pensions matters. As well as general advisory work on a range of issues, she has advised on a number of pension scheme mergers and closures to future accrual, setting up an asset-backed contribution arrangement, and regularly assists with the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.
