Aline regularly represents multinationals in strategic labor litigation such as civil class actions filed by the Public Labor Prosecutor’s Office (MPT) and/or by labor unions, labor claims filed by senior executives, administrative proceedings conducted by the MPT and the Ministry of Economy and more. Her range of services include advisory on complex cases involving internal policies, union negotiations, the implementation of stock option plans, profit sharing plans, the review of compensation schemes, as well as assistance in complex legal opinions involving key employees’ remuneration schemes. Aline also has experience in in global mobility matters, providing advisory and assisting on procedures related to Brazilian migratory regulation.

Aline Fidelis has extensive knowledge with respect to all different areas in the field of labor and employment. She provides high quality services in connection to labor litigation, legal employment and HR advisory, administrative procedures, negotiations with unions, global mobility, transactional and more. Aline represents a range of multinationals in all of their labor litigation and advisory matters, including in matters arising from the global mobility of their workforces. Due to the international association, her cross-border employment capabilities are second to none, which makes multinationals choose her for matters involving immigration, relocation social security compliance, international transfers and more.

An important telephone company in complex negotiations involving the termination of the working relationship with its chief executive oﬃcer, enabling the implementation of corporate operation intended by the company.
On labor matters in an important M&A operation involving the acquisition of an important Steakhouse network, in Brazil and abroad.
Clients of the oil & gas and energy fields on global mobility matters involving the assessment of appropriate visas and monitoring of processes before migratory authorities.

Other engagements include:

In the States of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Rio Grande do Sul defended several clients in public civil actions promoted by the Public Prosecutor's Office; advised several customers in collective actions brought by employee’s labor unions and actively participated in collective bargaining negotiations.
Evaluated and proposed mitigation strategies for the labor risks of pioneering educational project in Brazil, involving a digital platform geared towards answering questions online (for ENEM, the national high school entrance exam). The work was very successful and enabled an award-winning application to be made available to the public.
Successfully represented the interests of several securities and exchange brokerage companies in conflict, including recognition of the employment relationship of autonomous investment agents. Defended clients in the education, banking, oil & gas, food, retail, life sciences and fashion sectors, regarding strategic labor claims before the Labor Courts, as well as administrative proceedings before the Ministry of Labor and the Labor Public Prosecutors Oﬃce.
