Paris – Mayer Brown advised LaSalle Investment Management in connection with the acquisition of an office building located 48 rue de la Bruyère, within South Pigalle in Paris. 

This office building, built in 1930 and which develops ca. 1,500 sq.m. on six floors, is fully leased to one of the major players and French leaders in the flex-office sector.
