Changes in Vietnam's model wind PPA could put investment in new projects at risk

Vietnam is poised for a renewable energy boom, spurred by the increasing demand for energy. The country’s revised National Power Development Plan has set ambitious targets for augmenting wind power generation capacity. The government is also expected to introduce policies to bring more wind power into the energy mix.
