Gabriela Kennedy and TL Lim presented at the second Cyber Crisis Incident Response workshop to insurance companies and insurance brokers on 20 April 2020. Given the COVID-19 epidemic, the second workshop took place in the form of a webinar.
The workshop focused on recent cyber landscape and trends, claims analysis, policy coverage, legal overview and as well as a cyber breach simulation., TL and Gabriela provided an overview on GDPR and Asia related fines and examined the cyber insurance coverage under the insurer’s programme. They further discussed the impact of cyber risks and went through the insurability of regulatory fines in different jurisdictions. TL and Gabriela led the cyber breach simulation exercise and concluded the session.
