概要

Mayer Brown has experience of a wide range of disputes in the logistics industry and associated business sectors, acting for logistics contractors, their clients and insurers. We have acquired an understanding of the technical demands of modern supply chain solutions - delivering high volumes of goods to market within tight deadlines and costs parameters - and the contractual and other legal issues that they can frequently generate.
A key element of the service we provide is the effective management of high-value and sensitive disputes, working alongside the clients' in-house legal team and business units. By project managing the matter in conjunction with forensic accountants, technical experts and loss adjusters, we strive to minimize the impact of the dispute on core activities. We work hard to understand your business and provide advice that is tailored to meeting your commercial objectives.

The disputes that we have handled have involved proceedings in the UK and overseas as well as other forms of dispute resolution procedure, including arbitration and mediation. To supplement our logistics experience, we work in conjunction with lawyers in other areas of our practice, including our Corporate Group and Real Estate Group, so that we can provide you with appropriate and cost effective specialist input as and when required.
