There is no doubt that for most businesses, the role of the internationally mobile employee is increasingly important. This goes hand in hand with the increased legalisation of the marketplace for many companies. The companies sell their services or products in many more countries, and in turn rely on employees or contractors in many more countries to provide those products or services.
