Co-Sponsored by:

With the explosive growth in global trade and investment, international arbitration has become increasingly important as the primary means of resolving international disputes. In this CLE program, a panel of experienced arbitrators, counsel and representatives of the International Chamber of Commerce will address two issues of great practical importance:

  • How to Draft Arbitration Clauses in International Contracts. The panel will explore ways to draft arbitration clauses in cross-border contracts to ensure that the specific business needs of the company are effectively met.
  • Cost Containment Strategies in International Arbitration. The panel will discuss strategies to contain costs and improve efficiency in international arbitrations.
