Mayer Brown represents underwriters on $900 million high yield note offering by Regency Energy Partners LP

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, represented BofA Merrill Lynch and the several underwriters in connection with the offering and issuance by Regency Energy Partners LP and Regency Energy Finance Corp. of $900 million aggregate principal amount of 5.875% senior notes due 2022. Regency Energy Partners is engaged in the gathering and processing, compression, treating and transportation of natural gas and the transportation, fractionation and storage of natural gas liquids. The high yield bonds were sold in a public offering registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
