Mayer Brown represents initial purchasers on $350 million high yield note offering by Exterran Partners, L.P.

Mayer Brown, a leading global law firm, represented Wells Fargo and the several initial purchasers in connection with the offering and issuance by Exterran Partners, L.P. and EXLP Finance Corp. of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 6% senior notes due 2022. Exterran Partners provides natural gas contract operations services to customers throughout the United States. The high yield bonds were sold to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 and in offshore transactions pursuant to Regulation S under the Securities Act.
