As Vice President of the Measurement, Addressability & Data Center for IAB, Angelina develops guides, standards and best practices across the marketing-media ecosystem on behalf of brands, agencies, publishers, retailers, ad tech platforms, and data partners. Her role includes collaborating with business and product thought leaders and coordinating with Tech Lab on evolving tech solutions, and representing IAB members at relevant trade bodies events and forums.

In her career spanning more than 26 years at companies such as Morgan Stanley, Dentsu, Publicis, and WPP, Angelina has helped to define, establish, and advocate for some of the industry standards we see today in the digital media ecosystem (including ad verification/brand safety, ad fraud, viewability, and programmatic tech standards).

Angelina has received the AdMonsters 2018 Power List Award, IAB Data Rockstar Award 2016 and AdMonsters Digital Media Leadership Award 2016.

Angelina Eng is a seasoned executive with nearly 30 years of experience in digital media, marketing, and operations. She has successfully supported more than 150 marketers in defining, building, and managing digital media and marketing efforts. She has played a key role in shaping and defining industry standards related to ad verification, viewability, programmatic and ad operations. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of the Measurement, Addressability & Data Center at the IAB, driving essential guidance and education in the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.

Angelina has held senior positions at Morgan Stanley, Merkle, Dentsu and Publicis; whilst helping hundreds of brands define, build, and manage digital media efforts. Her previous experience and current wide perspective on the evolving changes to identity, addressability, and measurement fuels her passion to build industry standards and practices for the advertising-media ecosystem.
