Pensions Trustee Building Blocks Class

Our Building Blocks Classes aim to give trustees a better understanding of some of the key areas of pensions and trust law. Each class considers a specific issue or area which trustees are likely to encounter in their role.

This Class will discuss member communications. The class will cover topics including:

• The disclosure obligations to which trustees are subject.
• Providing information electronically.
• Issues that trustees should consider when communicating with members.
