Angus Yuen advises airlines, lessors and financiers on aircraft (and aero engine) trading and leasing matters.  During his traineeship, he also handled the documentation with respect to a number of vessel financing and leasing transactions for lenders and lessors.

• Advised an airline on the purchase of 30 new wide-body aircraft from an OEM.
• Advised an airline on the purchase of six new wide-body freighter aircraft from an OEM.
• Advised a lessor/financier on the purchase of a portfolio of aero engines from an OEM, and on the related leasing matters.
• Advised an airline on the end-of-lease purchase of three used wide-body aircraft.
• Advised an airline on the leasing of three new turboprop aircraft.
• Advised airlines on various lease extension, amendment and novation matters.
