Priya Shah is an experienced energy lawyer who advises a full spectrum of clients, including national and international energy companies, E&P independents, project developers, host governments, commodity traders, and off-takers in relation to major energy projects (including LNG liquefaction and regasification projects), acquisitions and divestments (both corporate and asset level transactions), joint ventures and commodity marketing and trading.
