Kyle regularly advises and represents lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border commercial financing transactions, including acquisition financings, direct lending transactions and cash flow and asset-based financings.

• Represented Citibank, N.A. as the sole provider of a $650 million committed senior secured term loan facility. This debt facility was structured and utilized to fund a portion of the pre-closing $1.0 billion special cash dividend distributed to stockholders in the all-stock merger of Supernus Pharmaceuticals and Indivior.
