Jalil Seyidov

Jalil Seyidov advises international businesses, founders, senior executives and private clients on UK global mobility, including sponsor licensing, skilled worker and business mobility applications, and workforce issues arising from corporate restructurings and acquisitions. Jalil has particular experience helping technology and IT businesses establish and scale UK operations, recruit specialist talent, move key personnel across borders, and manage mobility compliance.

Jalil also supports complex private-client and contentious matters, including judicial review strategy, and has experience in US global mobility. He works at the intersection of global mobility, legal operations, and technology, having helped design a matter-management platform and develop automated UK mobility workflows with embedded legal and quality-control safeguards. He has also worked with product managers to shape legal technology tools and trained lawyers in the effective and responsible use of AI.
