Represented:

• The coordinating lead arrangers, lenders, issuing banks, and agents in an approximately $1.1 billion green loan facility to finance the construction of three utility scale solar energy projects in Tennessee, Ohio, and Indiana.
• A power producer in the development and construction of an LNG power and export terminal project in the Dominican Republic.
• The coordinating lead arrangers and lenders in an approximately $230 million tax credit transfer bridge loan facility to be repaid with proceeds of investment tax credit sales generated by two Puerto Rico solar energy and battery storage projects.
• A government affiliated lender in the project financing of a gold mine in Nevada.
