Caroline Rossmann

Caroline Rossmann's practice covers a broad range of commercial dispute resolution and international arbitration. She has experience of acting for both domestic and international clients across a variety of sectors. Her construction and energy practice encompasses complex disputes arising out of major infrastructure and energy projects, including claims relating to delay, defects, and project delivery. She also has experience in investment treaty arbitration, advising on disputes involving the protection of foreign investments under bilateral and multilateral investment treaties.
